TINA WILLIAMS is the Outreach Services Manager at White Oak Library District which serves the communities of Crest Hill, Lockport, and Romeoville in Illinois. Tina has created new community partnerships, has spearheaded new initiatives, and is a leader in serving the older adult population. Tina received her Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she was a member of Beta Phi Mu, the International Library & Information Studies Honor Society. Tina received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Tina was a 2016 Board Member-at-Large for the Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services and is currently serving as the Vice-President/President-Elect. Tina serves as the Secretary of the RAILS Bookmobile and Library Outreach Networking Group and is the co-founder/co-chair of the RAILS Serving Patrons with Dementia Group. Tina is part of the new Library Presenters speakers’ directory. DAVID J. KELSEY is the Manager of the Outreach Services Department at St. Charles Public Library in St. Charles, IL. David is a leader in developing creative and innovative programming for individuals afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. David is a 2016-2017 Board Member-at-Large for the Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services and chairs the Awards and Scholarships Committee. David is the co-founder and co-chair of the RAILS Serving Patrons with Dementia Group, the first group of its kind in the United States. David is the founder and chair of the Library Integrated Network Consortium’s Outreach Task Force. David is a 2017 American Library Association Emerging Leader, assigned to work with the Office for Diversity, Literacy, and Outreach Services. David received his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Elmhurst College and a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
